Incoming goods quality control (IQC)£º
take charge of raw material specification inspection, incoming goods quality control, material application status analysis, supplier quality auditing, supplier commodity grade evaluation, etc.
Production process quality control ( PQC)£º
take charge of production site patrol, timely taking out inspection for key production process, find quality abnormity, etc.
Final inspection £¨OQC£©£º: take charge of outgoing goods inspection.
Statistic quality control £¨SQC£©:
statistic process control is used for control chart making, statistic process control capability improvement, calculates batch up to grade rate in final inspection and fatal defect rate, find quality abnormality, Quality assurance interior/exterior system auditing, document management, quality control education and training, customer quality complaint reply and analysis, Quality engineering quality improvement guide, process reliability evaluation and assurance, quality improvement plan making, implementation, supervision, product reliability test, new product test, etc.
Application of SPC (statistic process control) in AMPRON.
SPC, statistic process control, has been applied in design, incoming material, process, quality control, for process monitor and control analysis, to prevent quality abnormal phenomenon. SPC has been applied in the following area:
Design: in powder making and material selection, test and analyze sample, reckon normal distribution, calculate Cpk.
Incoming material: input sample test data, calculate Ca¡¢Cp¡¢Cpk£¬reckon PPM rate of material badness.
Manufacturing process: apply control chart to prevent badness occur, improve process up to grade rate, and input badness reason, use Plato analysis, decrease usual badness, strictly control process quality; CPK value of key process can be more than 1.67, the CPK value of induction voltage withstanding, failed model, lead wire tensil in long time testing and analysis can be more than 2.0.
